Different political parties campaign for the whole country to win the election with a great lead and to gain maximum seats in the parliament. The basic role of lok sabha is to discuss and progress the laws, to discuss important issues, and to represent the interests of people.   • Economic reforms: To improve the growth and development in India, many economic reforms have been implemented by the BJP.  
  • Swachh Bharat Abhiyan: to promote sanitation and hygiene, a nationwide cleanliness campaign was initiated by the BJP. 
  • Infrastructure development: the improvement of infrastructure, including roads, railways, airports, and digital connectivity was also focused by the party.
  • Social welfare scheme: many social welfare schemes were launched by the party, such as Ayushman Bharat and Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan to increase the influence of society.
  • Skill development: Empowering the youth for skill development and enhancing employment opportunities has also been prioritized by the BJP.

Indian National Congress:

The oldest political party in India is the Indian National Congress (INC). It has governed India for more than 30 years since independence in 1947. This party faced a struggle after Modi came into power. INC introduced complete economic reforms in 1991 but it crashed out of power in 2014 against Modi.

The fastest-growing political party in India is Aam Aadmi Party. It was founded in 2012 on 26 of November. The founders of this party are Arvind Kejriwal, Yogendra Yadav, Shazia Ilmmi, and other companions. It was born out of a historic anti-corruption movement. The headquarters of this party is in New Delhi India. It is based on the ideology of democratic socialism and populism.

Aam Aadmi Party

Arvind Kejriwal formed a local government in the national capital Delhi in 2015. An unexpected political upset for established parties.
